How to Delete Your Thermorum Account
If you wish to delete your Thermorum partner account and all associated personal data, you can do so directly from
the mobile app.
Steps to delete your account:
1. Open the Thermorum app
2. Go to your Profile
3. Tap “Delete Account”
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
What happens when you delete your account:
– Your personal information (name, phone number, email, company name) will be permanently removed
– Your account will be deactivated and you will be logged out
– Order history is retained in anonymized form for business and legal record-keeping purposes
– You will not be able to log in again with the same credentials
